I am a senior lecturer in the Department of Informatics in the Luddy School of Informatics, Computing, and Engineering at Indiana University Bloomington, where I teach two of our introductory courses. I also teach a course on data visualization with Tableau.I have won numerous teaching awards, and am actively engaged in efforts related to outreach, and student success and belonging.Since 2023, I have been an elected member of the Bloomington Faculty Council, and since last year I have been on the Executive Committee for the council. In this role, we craft policies that shape student and faculty life on campus.
