Troubadour Festival brings together the best in Texas barbecue and Texas/Red Dirt Music for an unforgettable experiential event. We have produced eight festivals in five locations since our inaugural event in Celina, TX in November of 2021. Troubadour Festival now has two permanent events: the first on campus at Texas A&M University and the original location in Celina.Troubadour Festival has sold more than 50,000 tickets, hosted 75+ different Texas BBQ joints (including three from out of state), and booked 50+ different musical acts to date.The festival also has partnered with dozens of local, regional, and national brand partners, including: Ratliff Hardscape, Shiner Beers, Lone Star Beer, Western Son Vodka, Bacardi Rum, Angel's Envy Bourbon, Tequila Cazadores, Patron, Jack Daniel's, Optimum, Destination Bryan, 44 Farms, NOMAD Grills, Pitmaster Collective, San Pellegrino, Methodist Hospitals, Tumbleweed TexStyles, M&M BBQ Co., RoseWood Block Co., and more.

Responsible for managing all live events produced by Townsquare Media in the Tyler-East Texas area. Current events include the Red Dirt BBQ & Music Festival and Koe Wetzel's Incredible Music Festival.Responsible for booking talent and managing relationships with artists, working with third-party vendors, managing staff, working with Townsquare Media's sales team to sell sponsorships, managing client relationships, and managing financials.

Co-founder and promoter of Koe Wetzel's Incredible Music Festival, a one-day co-produced event between Townsquare Media and Texas artist Koe Wetzel. The inaugural event in 2019 sold out with 7,000 in attendance.Worked directly with Koe Wetzel's management to book talent, manage all event production and staffing, third-party vendors, sponsorship sales and activations, financials, and all marketing.

Founder and promoter of Red Dirt BBQ & Music Festival (reddirtbbqfest.com), the largest annual event in East Texas. One-day festival features ~25 of the best barbecue restaurants in Texas and Texas Country/Red Dirt Music. The festival drew 6,000 attendees and sold out all seven years of existence under my watch, including in three hours in 2019 and 2020.Responsible for all production of the event, booking talent, managing staff of 30-plus, hiring and negotiating with third-party vendors, sponsorship sales and activations, managing client relationships, financials, and all marketing.Event routinely set records for revenue and profit, including at a record 45% margin in 2019. Festival acts included: Randy Rogers Band, Josh Abbott Band, Turnpike Troubadours, Cody Johnson, Parker McCollum, Aaron Watson, Wade Bowen, Whiskey Myers, Koe Wetzel, Stoney LaRue, Jason Boland and the Stragglers, and William Clark Green, among others.In 2018 the festival received the award for Best Promotional Event by the Texas Downtown Association, an organization designed to promote downtown use and revitalization throughout the state.

Managed digital marketing objectives for Townsquare Media's live events division, with a focus on seven major music festivals around the United States. Responsible for the festivals' websites, social media channels, social media marketing and other digital marketing campaigns, coordinating with Townsquare's local markets and on-site marketing objectives during the festivals. Festivals included Country Jam (Grand Junction, Colo.), Taste of Country Music Festival (Hunter Mountain, N.Y.) WE Fest (Detroit Lakes, Minn.), Headwaters Country Jam (Three Forks, Mont.), Mountain Jam (Hunter Mountain, N.Y.), Crude Fest (Midland, Texas), and Country on the River (Prairie du Chien, Wisc.).

Responsible for content on all digital properties for Townsquare Media Tyler | Longview. Directly responsible for maintaining content control, online promotions, social media direction and marketing objectives for four radio station websites, a hyperlocal high school sports website and a Texas/Red Dirt Music website. Managed a combined social media audience of more than 185,000 and an email database of more than 50,000. The digital properties I managed reached more than 20 million unique visitors during my tenure.Founder and editor-in-chief of ETSN.fm (East Texas Sports Network), a website dedicated to covering high school sports for 128 schools in East Texas. ETSN.fm owned the largest online audience of any local sports brand in the region and reached more than 50,000 users on social media every day.

Creator and editor of local sports news site in East Texas. Worked with the Tyler Morning Telegraph sports staff and television media partner KYTX CBS 19 to produce content pertaining to high school and college sports for more than 75 schools in East Texas. Appeared as a live guest host on a weekly football show on CBS, as well as ESPN Radio in Tyler.
