𝐒𝐮𝐫𝐯𝐞𝐲𝐬:•Help consolidate multiple surveys throughout agency into one synthesized survey for the entire agency. Research industry standards for employee engagement and satisfaction surveys. Design and align OSDH employee surveys to industry standard KPIS. Perform statistical analysis to identify significant wins and key area of improvement for OSDH employees. Lastly, communicate results and recommend actions to address agency pitfalls to executive leadership.•Assist the Oklahoma Office of Management Enterprises Survey (OMES) on the Oklahoma Satisfaction Employee Engagement Survey (OKSEES) 2024. Led efforts on data cleanup, script writing, generating and tabulating results. Conducted research and advised OMES on how to align survey indexes with previous years.•Automate distribution of reoccurring employee exit and onboarding surveys using Qualtrics EXM. •Utilize tools such as GenAI, TextIQ, and text stemming to reveal and synthesize broader reoccurring comment themes in employee surveys.𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐜𝐞 𝐃𝐚𝐬𝐡𝐛𝐨𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐬, 𝐓𝐨𝐨𝐥𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐬:•Oversee, develop and maintain OSDH's Workforce dashboard along with tools to identify discrepancies and errors in HR data.•Link and compile employee data across Workday to generate insightful workforce demographic and turnover reports.•Identify trends in OSDH workforce data over a 10 year period related to historical agency events such as the Pandemic and reductions in force.•Perform Key Driver Analysis (KDA) on 360 performance feedback reviews. Uncovered the areas of key strengths and weaknesses of behavioral competencies among our strategic leadership. In addition, build a logisitic regression model to predict top leaders in our organization.

Product Analytics:• Assist the marketing analytics department in helping readjust auto insurance discount for customers enrolled in DriverIQ/Telematics program. Analyze customer driving behavior over a 24-hour period to identify fluctuations for adverse driving behavior events, such as hard breaking, speeding, and phone usage. Present report detailing the times of day to adjust customer discount for auto insurance to management and leadership. Capstone:• Collaborate with interns across various departments to deliver a Capstone looking into AI applications in finance/insurance. • Pitched CLAIR (chatbot) as an AI tool that could be used to help underwriters when filling out insurance claims over the phone to help reduce inaccuracies and errors in data collection.
