• Due to the Coronavirus Pandemic, we were unable to find a General Contractor that could complete the project in the next two years, so I took on the responsibility to hire out contractors and perform the additional work required.• Utilized candidate control and organizational knowledge that was gained from working as a recruiter to source individual contractors, determine qualified companies, organize meetings, develop timelines, and to ensure that the project was being completed on time. • Utilized various online resources and community pages to learn the proper way to complete each phase of the renovationIndividual projects completed:• One Bedroom unit: Demolition, updated drywall from wood paneling, mudding, painting, living room/kitchen flooring re-staining, kitchen cabinetry, new closet wall, and adding trim boards. • Exterior of Triplex: rock swale fabric installation, French drain, gutters, and lawn renovation.
