Major Tasks, Key Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities:- Achieve account volume and revenue by expanding products sold and increasing points of distribution for the assigned territory- Assume and/or retains advantage position placements in targeted accounts- Assure merchandising standards are executed in all accounts- Provide superior customer service

 Manage a team of 10-15 promotional event marketing representatives  Conduct quality one-on-one adult consumer sampling across Tennessee in compliance with the Smokeless Tobacco Master Settlement Agreement, as well as, any state, county or local laws  Promote brand image through 15-25 community events per month with estimated attendance ranging from 1,000-100,000 people Order and maintain products/materials/inventory Maintain constant communication with venue management and event promoters Manage employees in the absence of supervisor over 90% of the time Locate and negotiate deals for new promotional opportunities Work in cooperation with outside marketing agencies to produce large scale events Acquire 2-5 additional modeling staff members via 3rd party talent agency Construct highly interactive sampling booths to acquire higher traffic rates throughout the setups Manage multiple events simultaneously Create and implement a Metro Nashville bar promotion strategy that increased adult consumer interactions by more than 200% Ensure that all employee reports and documents are submitted in a timely manner  Plan weekly local team meetings as well as annual regional staff meetings
