•Conducted training for PMW 750 Advance Planners regarding basic and in-depth use of SPIDER/CAPS for Advance Coordinated Fielding Plan (ACFP) creation, editing, and general connections to other data fields found in a product deliverable.•Developed and integrated automation features for various reporting functions on the PMW 750 Force Level Fielding Plan, allowing for faster updates, consistency in changes, and an overall reduction in man hours required to keep modernization plans up to date.•Developed and initiated use of automated process for producing As-Planned and As-Installed (AP-AI) baselines to be utilized during Platform Configuration Control Boards (PCCBs). Automation of baseline generation resulted in required man-hours to be reduced by approximately 90-95%. Newly automated system allows for on-demand generation of ship baselines based on specific timeframes.•Supported the PMW 750 Ship Construction (SCN) team by holding monthly synchronization meeting to review fielding plans, ensuring that both the Modernization and SCN teams are tracking the same plans so ships are receiving the best possible suite of systems at the time of their construction.•Managed routine procedures related to the “mailout” process, including routing emails, tracking approvals and ensuring feedback is integrated into briefs.•Generated Tableau based reports for identification and tracking gaps for planning and POM purposes, displaying key systems (CANES, ADNS, DCGS-N, NMT, etc.) in regard to Strike Group and Capability wholeness.•Completed early conceptualization and development of NSERC hosted SharePoint workspace for the purposes of providing a single repository space for storage or direction to related artifacts.
