I am a seasonal employee at Malmstrom Farms while I continue my education. I am one of the main harvest operators and workers on the farm. I continue to learn everyday.

While working here I had to be independent, self motivated, a hard worker, very dedicated. I was responsible for managing crops during the summer. During the harvest season I was responsible for managing a crew of 20 people. I was also required to work an average of 96 hours per week for 2 months. I know how to work when the work needs to be done.

I was able to learn how important good customer relationship skills are. Also I learned how a general store operates.
