Current• Utilize SQL and Snowflake to pull data from disparate data sources and combine them to determine client profitability.• Created company’s first client Profit and Loss Report to determine appropriate client mix and forecast financial performance.• Leverage and maintain pricing models and processes to ensure strong visibility into likely deal outcomes.• Create and optimize pricing strategies based on market trends, demand forecasts, and competitor analysis.• Participate in internal deal desks and advocate for or against proposing to lead based on Red Stag’s warehouse occupancy, labor capacity, and conformity to Red Stag’s ideal client profile.• Participate in client calls with sales executives to present pricing, answer questions, and/or clarify unknowns needed to complete pricing.• Provide insights to questions from a diverse range of audiences, both within the organization and externally.• Share data knowledge and communicate broader data trends to both internal and external audiences.• Provide relevant data, statistics, trends, and patterns to make the recruiting process more effective and efficient.• Compile, analyze and report on relevant HR data and metrics from multiple sources and outputs.• Continually analyze competitor practices to make appropriate recommendations to upper management.• Assess current employee benefits, compensation packages, and policies.• Mentor and train junior analysts.
