Manage an overnight team of ~15 that unloads the trucks that Lowes receives while preparing the store for the next day. After the truck arrives, our team uses various power equipment (Forklift, Reach Truck & similar) to properly stock & store inventory. Also effectively keep track & report damages, safety issues and other inconsistencies with freight the store receives.

Summit Solar & Summit Home Services Company. Helped Organize & Launch this Sales & General Contracting Company, (~13 members). We focused on bringing homeowners reliable services while using an in house team of installers & laborers. From marketing & finding leads to the initial appointment, contracts & closing; I handled it all. I also handled payroll, client de-escalation & project / employee scheduling. Sold on year 2.

(DBA: HoustonTripz) Invested, Founded & Organized a Car Rental Business. I grew it to 23 cars & 9members by month 11. Personally handled legal filing, 10-99K dispatch, Payroll, Marketing, Fullfillment,Scheduling, Delivery, Customer Interactions, Backend Organization, Insurance, P/L sheets, leveraging,risk assessment, growth plans, Etc. Sold on year 2.

Helped Manage the Houston branch (4 Members) of a General Contracting Company: Design Roofing(~30 Members) I inspected roofs, assisted homeowners through the insurance claims process. Contactedinsurance companies on behalf of the homeowners. #1 Salesman in invoice (total job check collections)in Company the 1st month I was employed. Collected & Deposited insurance checks from homeowners.Ensured all products, installers, and subcontractors were on schedule for installs. Managed each jobs P/L & Revenue. Ensured products were delivered to the job site promptly and installers were scheduled,simply kept everything in harmony from Sales to Installation & Completion.

Angel Investor. Started a personal training company. By month 7 we altered the approach to online personal training using apps and a hybrid f2f & online training for optimal results for intense timelines. Personally changed 500+ lives by meeting with clients weekly and programming weight training, nutrition plans & similar. Grew it to 3 online coaches & 83 monthly retained clients by year 2. 137 monthly retained clients by year 3. Sold to another online training company on year 4.

Throughout every month employed here. Hired, trained, developed & grew a team of 4 into creating the opportunity to launch a new Authorized Dealer (brokerage) of Solar Panels Installation Services & Similar. (Door knocker & cold caller to sales director to head of sales)

Started my Fitness industry experience as a personal trainer, NASM Double Certified, Nutrition Certified, AED/CPR Certification, 500+ clients health and fitness goals managed, Personal Trainer with most sessions in multiple 2 week periods while I was employed here (50+ sessions per week)I was the trainer with the most sessions serviced within a 2 week period consistently (12/26 periods) out of 37 clubs (gyms) & 100+ Trainers. Promoted to Master Trainer after 60 days (company policy minimum days required before promotion).

First job during college, stocked shelves for Walmart. I left after my direct manager went to Hobby Lobby.
