CurrentFacilitate prospecting processes to support account managers in the acquisition of new business and projects, through coordination with production staff to develop cost estimates, thoughtful and engaging proposal writing, and regular meetings with management team to review and evalutate prospects.Manage web site enhancement projects for existing clients from development of initial requirements through launch, coordinating both with the client and with internal staff at every stage to ensure customer satisfaction with finished product.Leverage project management software (Workamajig) to build cost estimates and project schedules, and utilize the data reporting from those tools to monitor budgets, perform post-project audits, develop billing projections, manage overall web department traffic and predict capacity issues.Conduct quality assurance reviews of websites and coordinate with production staff on efficient troubleshooting of discovered errors.Manage freelance graphic design professionals for various projects.Leverage open-source content management systems to administer updates to existing client websites.Interact with existing customers to address new content needs, resolve discovered issues with web products, finalize contracting, reconcile budgets, or address other needs.Research existing and competitive websites, conduct stakeholder phone interviews, and analyze communications objectives to develop and compose recommendations reports for web development for various clients.Implement and monitor promotional campaigns, utilizing social media platforms, outbound emails, online advertising and other forms of community engagement to drive traffic to client websites.Assist project managers and human dimensions specialists on staff in producing high-quality analytical reports through copy proofing and editing and data organization.
