CurrentAccomplishments:- Configuration and deployment of new CRM, Project Management and Accounting system in 2008; new real time tracking functionality and new processes facilitated creation and management of more accurate project budgets. These project management improvements.resulted in approximately 9% average annual increase of projects coming in on budget in 2010 and 2011.- Assisted with contract negotiation as well as project management of company's largest single contract award (~$350K, final scope and project grew to over $700K), resulting in company's highest grossing and most profitable year on record in 2010.- Coordinated revision of company policy manual.- Oversaw selection of and managed acquisition of key company systems and equipment such as transition to cloud-based systems, upgrading of IT infrastructure, and upgrading video production/post-production equipment to HD.- Bronze Telly Award for National Fish and Wildlife Foundation 2012 Event Video.Responsibilities:- Media/Video Services Director/Project Manager: + Manage, produce, shoot, design, and edit video and multimedia products. + Design and deploy processes to maintain quality standards and train staff in media production.- IT Manager: Manage and support IT infrastructure, equipment, and software for all staff. + Management, configuration, process development, training, and oversight of core company CRM/Sales/Project Management/Accounting software (deployed in 2008). + Deployed systems for company-wide asset management and tracking.- A/V Manager: Manage and support A/V equipment, event software and remote meeting/event/webinar production.- Project Estimator: Development, coordination and support of sales/prospecting/estimating and contracting processes.Other duties include:- Development of company processes, practices, and policies.- Coordination of building/facility operations and improvements.
