As an auto claims adjuster at GEICO, I have been handling auto claims with expertise for the past five years. I am a certified specialty claims adjuster, and I have developed strong customer service and negotiation skills, as well as a keen eye for detail and accuracy. My specialty includes investigative claims as well as claims that have limited property damage. I enjoy working with a diverse and supportive team of adjusters, and I am always eager to learn from them and share my knowledge and best practices. My mission is to provide fair and prompt resolution of claims, and to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Prior to joining GEICO, I was a lead teacher at Montessori Academy of Virginia, where I taught and mentored children aged 3 to 6, using the Montessori method and philosophy. I also have a decade of experience as a Life Skills Coach at Skillbuilders, where I helped former foster kids aging out of the foster system to achieve their personal and professional goals. Through these experiences, I have gained a passion for education, empowerment, and advocacy, and I strive to apply these values to my work as an adjuster.
