More than 8 years of experience as a Java/JEE Programmer towards core product development.Currently I am looking at the infrastructure for the "System Manager" project. It includes responsibilities of doing the research and and benchmark technologies and debug any infra (jboss, security, hibernate, etc) related issues. Very recently I worked for "Data Replication System" project. I was responsible for design and key decisions for the project, where I have to work with the customers, architects and the 3PP (SymmetricDS, over which the project is developed) developers. I was responsible for carrying out Proof-Of-Concept studies on SymmetricDS to validate the features and to identify the areas where the 3PP owners can add to. I contribute to the architecture group of Avaya and actively participate in architectural discussions. In last 1.5 years I have also worked for Lifecycle Management team that used JBoss Operations Network (JON) for handling the lifecycle activities of various Avaya products. I was responsible for developing JON plugins for various Avaya products handling the finer lifecycle aspects of these products.I also have done the work to secure both JON and Data Replication work.Last year, I have done significant work in designing and implementing the SNMP(AgentX) based SubAgent Framework which is now getting leveraged widely in the product.

AMIK, is a small government registered society which was managing colleges, Old-age homes,etc. I was responsible for IT administration, Requirement Analysis, Developing Financial and Educational applications.
