Develop and implement effective strategies and training programs for Partners (Drivers & Merchants).Develop training content, including presentations, training manuals, videos and e-learning modules, in line with Grab's standards and values.Conduct training sessions to provide & answer questions to new and existing Partners about applications, policies and procedures operating in the Grab platform.Teamwork continuously with relevant teams on new changes on the app to ensure training materials are accurate and up-to-date, reviewing any changes or updates in technology, policies or procedures.Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, training methods and technologies to incorporate innovative training methods.Monitor and communicate for Partners to complete the training programs.Report the reports on demand line Manager.
