With over 15 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, I am a passionate and skilled technical manager who strives to help manufacturing companies optimize their processes and data with Autodesk solutions. I have achieved multiple certifications from Autodesk, including Manufacturing Implementation Certified Expert, Data Management Implementation Certified Expert, and Certified Trainer. I have also developed expertise in AutoCAD Electrical, presales technical consulting, and technical presentations. As the Manufacturing Technical Manager for North America at GRAITEC, I lead a team of talented and dedicated technical consultants who deliver high-quality and customized solutions to our clients across various industries.Prior to joining GRAITEC in February 2021, I was the Manufacturing Technical Consultant and Managing Partner at Redcage Solutions for eight years. There, I managed multiple implementations of Autodesk Manufacturing software and Data Management solutions, helping engineering and manufacturing departments capture and lifecycle their design and manufacturing processes. I also provided presales support for sales representatives, performed customer assessments, developed and delivered demonstrations and proof-of-concepts, and prepared assessment reports.
