- Assist and guide students in ICS 31-32-33 series courses- Support professors and teaching assistants by monitoring and facilitating an active learning environment including, but not limited to, collaborative activities or discussions- Meet, reflect, and plan course curriculum and student progress with professors and teaching assistants on a weekly basis

- Help provide technology equipment and services to over 500 staff members and students of UCI's Division of Continuing Education- Troubleshoot and resolve issues regarding software, hardware, and network for users, such as, replacing corrupted SSD drive, remaking RJ45 network patch cables, updating drivers to fix audio and display problems- Work closely with other General Assistants and Network Administration to perform software installations and updates via DesktopCentral, help improve virtual desktop infrastructure, utilize TCP/IP to provide users the access to local machines and documents within the DCE network

- Conducted forensic imaging on computers, ensuring comprehensive analysis and data retrieval for investigative purposes- Applied fundamental skills in SolarWinds to monitor security issues and software vulnerabilities- Utilized network cable testers and crimping tool to fix RJ45 cables while assessing network availability in offices to ensure optimized network configurations and seamless connectivity within the network infrastructure- Actively participated in the Revert barcoding project, contributing to the successful implementation and organization of inventory management processes- Provided comprehensive computer hardware and software support across the plant, addressing issues promptly to minimize downtime
