- Accountable for overall VAS & Digital VAS portfolio and other related projects- Developing and managing products & services, to drive revenue and competitive advantage of the function- Managing end-to-end product & partnership management (from outsourcing potential partners to product planning, launching, and GTM planning for continuous improvement while coordinating with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders)- Monitoring VAS OPEX (partners' revenue share) while maintaining & maximizing the topline revenue- Handling & resolving Customers' Complaints in an efficient and effective way in a timely manner- Perform in-depth research and analyze new VAS products opportunities, initiatives, and innovations- Conducting product analysis and pre-post performance in weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly to monitor the revenue trend- Developing reports, analysis and arranging Partners Payment Settlement Process for VAS services- Executing Operation activities and GTM plans on existing services and new services initiatives to support on decision making and developing detail reports and analyze data to track the product performance and revenue trend as needed

- Engage with cross functional team for product rollout activities- Conduct SIT and UAT activities in product and services rollouts- Perform business verification to IT system related updates or changes which impact to products and services- Manage the product and services’ customer complaints along with Customer Care team- Track the product and service reports in regular basic and payment settlement process towards the partners in a timely manner by aligning with Finance and required stakeholders- Support Regulation and Internal Audit processes- Support operation / rollout of monthly GTM plan & continuous monitoring

- Manage new digital services' proposal from potential partners- Manage PTD letter for new digital products & lucky draw promotion programs by cooperation with regulatory team and PTD based on PTD's framework- Manage Mobile Advertising via MyID application to potential customers- Manage videos & music categories for MyID application- Manage revenue of all digital products and partners' cost sharing report - Manage digital services' weekly revenue report to C Level- Manage monthly Task Assignment and Task Evaluation for KI of digital dept- Manage lucky draw promotion programs & Quiz Games for MyID application- Manage Mytel's hardcore services "MyShare", "MyCredit" and other loan services- Manage Bad Debt Reports for all loan services- Manage Optimize Cost Report

- Collaborate with vendors to install, configure and integrate new VAS and Digital services- Coordinate with related departments to deploy and promote services- Test and launch accepted services- Support partner for contract process- Process reconciliation for VAS & Digital services- Manage Utility Services such as SMS Info, Call Back, etc.- Handle Music and Videos CMS for MyID Application
