My goal in life is to help companies unlock their growth potential through the power of their customer data. Over the last ten years, I have implemented CRMs for over 120 companies.Previously, I worked at Unanet CRM as the Manager of Professional Services and ran a team of specialized consultants that helped customers onboard customers. I continually looked for ways to help grow the consultants I managed and improve the onboarding experience for our customers.While working at Unanet, I was inspired to co-author my second book, CRM or Die: Manage Your Client Relationships or Perish.
