I have over 16 years of experience working in data management, professional services, and marketing for the AEC and tech industries. Currently, I work as the Head of Marketing at Datumate. My goal in life is to help companies unlock their growth potential through the power of their customer data. Over the last ten years, I have implemented CRMs for over 120 companies.Previously, I worked at Unanet CRM as the Manager of Professional Services and ran a team of specialized consultants that helped customers onboard customers. I continually looked for ways to help grow the consultants I managed and improve the onboarding experience for our customers.While working at Unanet, I was inspired to co-author my second book, CRM or Die: Manage Your Client Relationships or Perish.
