I have a range of skills from my previous jobs. While being mechanically inclined from years of working on vehicles at my families auto repair shop I have also worked as an operations coordinator with over 120 employees. I am strong when it comes to observing current operational procedures and identifying issues to help create a plan to modify & develop new procedures that will improve customer service and operational efficiency. I have also worked at companies to develop databases that will assist in reporting results to employees and Supervisors to identify training needed within the department while updating operational procedures and corresponding manuals.
