Our main projects include determining the best possible times to provide our retail teams with vital information to surprise and delight our customers.

In this role, I helped craft visually engaging content for consumption. I collaborated with our Communications and Engineering Program Managers to understand the vision, create the content, and leverage our communications channels to share the information.Deliverables were multimedia in nature, and included: training (in-person, recorded, or written), graphic design, templates, newsletters and announcements, process and procedures, executive presentations, and more.
