Placed traps used for detection of invasive species. Work with state inspectors to monitor delimiting grids in areas used for agriculture and food production. Collected and identified samples of insect species to gather information regarding the type of invasive insect in a target area as well as what factors affect it's presence. Assisted with bee inspections done in my work area. Navigated various site locations across Salt Lake, Wasatch and Utah counties using GPS and maps.

I spent two periods working with WJ Bradley, in between college semesters. During this time, I oversaw the loan funding process for transactions in the western United States, approved settlement statements and released funds. My department ensured compliance with RESPA, HUD, FHA, FNMA, MHA and FHLMC guidelines. I worked with a team to meet management set production goals and provided customer service to all parties of the transaction to ensure funding was completed quickly and smoothly.
