Born in the UK and excited about computer systems interactions that improve our way of life. Studied Computer science and Interaction design UX/UI at universities in Edinburgh and actively learning and employing data analysis in my work. Worked in Ecommerce companies with multiple clients looking at website traffic, click through rates, cost per click, revenue and advertising expenditure data to now building data driven reports and solutions at one of the largest housing associations in Scotland. Below is a short list of things I am proud of.• Leading projects with departments to deliver new solutions, improving interaction satisfaction and operational efficiency.• Developing Microsoft Power Platform products for governance in an agile environment to iteratively discover the requirements scope and digitally process forms through Power Automate workflows.• Created and actively managing internal and inter-departmental documentation on shared wiki.• Improving data analysis and process efficiencies by developing Excel VBA scripts, allowing for data imports to run smoothly.• Leveraging Artificial intelligence like Julius AI with python to create quick insights for decision making.• Assisting our shared support desk software to investigate and resolve faults in software in a timely manner.• I'm a very self motivated person, often found learning new skills in my own time for self improvement and enjoyment. (At one point, I was juggling a part time and a full time job on top of full time study for one of my degrees!) Currently improving my python knowledge for data analysis and Japanese for future travelling!
