Over the past 20+ years, I have immersed myself in providing superior customer experiences in both public and private sectors across multiple technologies. Currently, I am working as a Product Architect for Dell Managed Services driving new managed offers across our portfolio. Over the past 12 years with Dell, I have had the great opportunity of serve on leadership teams in Services and Support with the primary focus areas being on service creation across new product lines, automation and reporting, reduction of high severity outages, solution training, customer experience enhancements, and customer success. My recent move into the product management side of Professional Services will help me drive those unique experiences into our next generation offerings. Before coming to Dell, I was a Systems Administrator level IV on a Department of Justice contract that involved computer forensics. During that role, I learned very quickly unified communications designing and implementation, hardware/software virtualization, storage virtualization, fabric networks, firewall and VPN tunnel configuration and management.
