I’m an Operations Manager with 10 years of experience in both corporate and non-profit organizations. I have worked with all levels of leadership and consistently lead or been part of a successful team. I have been recognized with several awards during my career.Until recently, I was a Community Relations Coordinator in the Sports and Recreation department for a Non-Profit that works with Veterans. In this role I was focused on relationship establishment, expanding the footprint of the organization through outdoor activities, and creating awareness of issues that impact service members and their families. Successes included expanding a new program with NASCAR, increasing the number of service members that participate in programming, and creating continuity with previous programs. Previous experience includes victim advocacy and office management for an engineering firm.Colleagues know me as a highly motivated leader who can always be trusted to come up with a new approach. No task is too big or small and there is no challenge that cannot be conquered.
