Mr. Glass has been recognized as a leader in the health care insurance industry for his work with the Arkansas Healthcare Independence Program (Private Option). Matthew serves on the Board of Trustees for Arkansas'​ Independent Colleges & Universities and was selected to the 2012 Class of Arkansas Business'​ 40 Under 40, a watch list for business & political leaders. In 2011 Matthew was selected as an endorsed local provider by the Dave Ramsey Organization. Mr. Glass serves or has served on various boards throughout his community and state,including the Mid-South Community College Foundation,West Memphis, Boys & Girls Club of Crittenden County, Crittenden Regional Hospital Foundation and the Frank C Steudline Learning Center. Appointed by Governor Mike Beebe, Glass serves as Chairman of the Arkansas Governor's Developmental Disabilities Council. Matthew has written numerous articles on business, insurance, and life and his work is featured regularly for a number of publications including The Progressive Orthodontist and Talk Business & Politics. For his work on the Private Option, Matthew has been featured by a number of news organizations and media outlets across the country. In 2009 Matthew's advice was sought by the United States Senate Committee on Agriculture, Nutrition and Forestry for his extensive work in agriculture and agriculture insurance.
