Responsible to source, interview, and select qualified job candidates for our clients. Additional responsibilities include placing job ads in various online channels, sourcing through different channels (ATS, Social, Job Boards), evaluating applications, providing shortlists of qualified candidates based on established criteria, administering test/assessments, collecting pre-employment documents, & creating a professional summary including updated resume to end clients.

- is responsible for the strategic approach to identifying, attracting and onboarding top talent to efficiently and effectively meet D & L Industries and its subsidiaries' business needs.- devises strategy and recruitment process, as well as actual execution of sourcing or recruiting campaign. - will be involved in the end to end recruitment of candidates and develop policies for talent bench-marking, talent assessment and interviewing.

-As a corporate recruiter, will be partnering with managers to anticipate and meet the evolving needs and deliver best talent internally and externally within Mondelēz Business Services. The position will nurture relationships with prospective talent and manage on-going manager relationships all while having FUN doing it. -Create and implement Employment Marketing Strategies to attract passive job seekers.-Work with MBS hiring managers and interview teams to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria.-Develop strong relationships and partner with Mondelēz hiring managers, business leaders and HR.-Work closely with Hiring Managers to maximize effectiveness of recruiting process.

Responsibilities:- Ensures successful implementation, continual operation and growth of accounts, by collaborating with different work groups.- Manages recruiter/researcher performance to meet/exceed goals defined with clients.- Builds recruiters’ competencies in sourcing and recruiting, specialized by industry/client.- Assists client managers in maintaining positive client relationships.- Other duties include performance management, employee development, reports generation and analysis.- Manages operational performance, attendance and quality of services delivered by Recruiters within a team/cluster in an RPO setting.- Manages the development of Recruiters based on company and client prescribed metrics.- Manages client expectations and develops/maintains collaborative relationships by meeting/exceeding targets.

• Assist Cardholders with their credit card accounts • Assist cardholders with their purchases and billing issues • Support customers with fraud claims and dispute inquiries • Verify transactions on customer’s accounts to prevent and minimize fraud

• Subject Matter Expertise • Supervisory training to assist Tier 2 technical support representatives in assisting client’s internet cable customers. • Responsible for taking escalations from Tier 2 technical support representatives. • Back-up support for Mentor on Duty officers for Ticket approval for Tier 3 escalations and providing support to Tier 2 representatives over the phone. • Responsible for training and coaching transition Tier 2 representatives. • Appointed as an In-Team Mentor on Duty to contribute assistance to team meeting, trainings and coaching for subject matter • Helps in providing root cause and deep dive analysis for the team and the program’s Customer Satisfaction feedback results.

• Assist Customers mainly with their Cable Modem Connection issues. • Configuring Email Clients for customers’ email accounts. • Offers support and walkthroughs to Customers in troubleshooting and navigating the Internet. • Assist Customers in connecting to the internet wirelessly using Client’s offered routers. • Assist Customers in installing client’s security software as well as informing the usage of the software • Support in removing malicious software such as spyware and viruses within the scope of support.
