Git Associate Engineer
Current1. GENERAL DUTIES• Maintain existing business processes and develops new or improved processes to improve quality, reduce cost and improve cycle time with emphasis on using new, cost-effective IT technology; documents and trains Micro-Mechanics with goal of making our people enthusiastic about adopting change and technically competent and independent. Supervises junior to execute their daily routine jobs.2. Global IT Helpdesk Support (Onsite and Offsite)• Provide Level 1 IT support through GIT Helpdesk Portal to pick up incident reported by requesters support coverage includes Systems & Networking and ERP Administration.• Coordinate with Level 2 (Micro-Mechanics GIT Representative) and Level 3 (IT Outsource vendor) to perform onsite support.• Perform Remote Access Support to requester as per incident reported.3. Asset Management and Compliance• Coordinate with finance department and maintain and updated inventory list for both IT hardware and software to tally with the computer hardware listing.• Ensure that software installed must compliance and tally with license purchased.• Coordinate with local and oversee vendors for hardware and software procurement4. Administration• Provide server, networking (LAN), firewall (WAN), UPS, Router, Backup Device Hardware and Software Administration and Support• Perform hardware preventive maintenance Perform daily backup follow IT Governance Policy Document.• Perform data restoration upon request and form submission by requester.• Troubleshooting all IT related problems and provide support to various departments.5. Project Management• Work with Internal Project Manager to execute and implement project.• Executing and implementing project as per project timeline approved by project manager and team.• Perform system and application testing, commissioning and sign off process once receive UAT from end users.6. Auditing• Perform IT Governance Audit, IT General Audit and ISO Internal Audit
