• Perform risk assessments for processes involved to ensure safety & quality through Product Quality Plan (comprised of PFMEA, Control Plan), with all stakeholders (Engineering, Production, Quality, Sales, External.
• Responsible to manage First Article (FA) project and ensure physical product meets specification, lead time and within budgeted cost
• Completed numerous project transfer from customer & counterpart involving overseas assignment to United State of America, Netherlands & Taiwan
• Drive continuous improvement for existing manufacturing processes, tooling and documentations to achieve better cost and higher throughput
• Analyze production data to assess effectiveness of improvement initiatives
