I'm a 2nd generation Chef & Restauranteur that was born with a passion for all things culinary. Even my free time is spent in the culinary world where I participate in Food Sport competitions all over the country. Over the last few years I've won over $60,000 at the World Food Championships and other events. Most recently I won 1st place, in the recipe category with my creative dish named “Three little pigs spice it up in Holland” which consisted of a homemade bacon english muffin, Habanero & Brown Butter Hollandaise, and a Carmel apple & jalapeño sausage. This big win at the World Food Championship won me over $10,000 and national acclaim.I enjoy sharing my passion, knowledge, and promoting my partner brands with the world on TV. In 2017 I filmed an episode of Ginormous Food for the Food Network entitled “Phoenix’s Finest Imports” in addition to filming an episode of the Cooking Channel’s Beach Bites with Katie Lee entitled “Stuffed”. My most recent appearance on the Food Network was a special Chopped Tournament that aired in January of 2018.  Currently I work as a Brand Ambassador for several national brands and as a Restaurant Consultant with a cooking style that can be described as elevated yet accessible.  I make it a point to limit the amount of brands I work with in order to fully give each brand the time and recognition they deserve. The value I provide my brands aside from sharing my 50,000 followers (across the social media spectrum) includes creating content for social media, performing live demonstrations, attending trade shows, recipe development, and brand advocacy. My culinary point of view as with life is nothing in the kitchen goes wrong you just have to adapt & overcome. I'm a constant professional that truly find enjoyment and fulfillment in teaching and inspiring people to cook better and get over fears of cooking new and difficult dishes.
