Beyond community, she has been fundamental to the launch and strategic design of numerous start-ups and diverse initiatives in the realms of public & private management consulting, platform development & design, cryptocurrency conceptualization & launch, branding & communications, investment & funding, partnership development, stakeholder management, among others. She also played an integral role in the design and early deliveries of the ExO Sprint, a disruptive innovation program practiced amongst Fortune 5000 companies.Che is a charismatic and caring individual, detail oriented and heart-centred. She is dedicated to the journey of personal development in herself and others, and believes that society’s transformation begins with looking inwards to learn (and unlearn) what is necessary to achieve individual and collective power, and how to be responsible with it. She has most recently been deepening these values with practical skills through Permaculture Design as well as Soil Advocacy Training & Regenerative Gardening courses.Che lives in British Columbia, originally from Toronto. She has traveled extensively and is always grateful to experience new culture, especially through food, nature, and music. Her university education specialized in cultural studies & political science and her career began in technology industry recruitment.
