Started serving at Journey about 15 years ago. Began part-time in 2012 and began stewarding the food services in 2015. Every year, I’m amazed at how my role changes and evolves! I keep striving to find new creative and healthy ways to feed people.

The Gourmet Table's objective is to provide clients with a convenient, customized and high quality alternative to cooking, dining out, or quick take-out meals. Our mission is to provide clients with compassion-infused cuisine that's healthy, fresh and flavorful and meets individual nutritional needs.

Owned by Levy Restaurants, position included managing a team of nine to handle high volume dessert production, plating and packaging for the Express, Cafe and Fine Dining Room of the restaurant. Duties included labor scheduling, monitoring food costs, assisting with banquet events, cake decorating, creating dessert platters, menu development, and teaching cooking classes.
