Currently the Emcee of the World Food Championships and the World Championship Chili Cook-Off. Mark Conway is a Father, Chef, and Multimedia Host. Spending time with his 11yr old twin daughters, regularly finds him covered in glitter and sequins. As a Chef, his cooking is influenced heavily by the bold flavors and colors of Mexican Street Food. Regularly “messing” with traditional recipes of familiar dishes by switching out a staple ingredient for something totally new and different. His passion to get family and friends back in the kitchen cooking and eating tech-free meals together, has been a driving force behind his career. This message has reached new heights as a Chef Host of popular Streaming Radio Shows and Videos across the internet. Mark has been featured on TV, Print media, and Internet for his views on food, family, and community. His culinary career has been spent in both Restaurants and Food Trucks, even working as a Restaurant Consultant. Mark as served as a host of various Food related shows. Currently writing and directing various shows for several Network Food Celebrities. Chef Mark has also provided LIVE play by play coverage of the 2017 and 2018 World Food Championships. This Chef Hosting demos on Maximus, the super rig used on the Gordon Ramsey Show 24 Hours to Hell and Back, along with Bo Jackson. 2019 will see a daily LIVE radio show (Family Meal) on the Spoony Network hit the airwaves on I Heart Media, Dash, and Direct TV. Mark is an avid Vintage Star Wars toy collector and searches for rare finds during his travels. Painting and tattoos provide another creative outlet for his artistic side. Obstacle course 5ks, softball, and movies round out the favorite pastimes with family and friends...second to a night of cooking and family dinner!
