Chef Marlon Angelo Jackson is a professionally trained and certified chef. He is an honored graduate of Le Cordon Bleu with an Associates degree in Culinary Arts and a Bachelors degree in Culinary Management. As a Private Chef, Chef Marlon Angelo has provided private catering, bartending, and other in-home culinary services for professional athletes, corporate professionals, and other high profile clients. He has also worked as an Independent Contractor for Concert Kitchen where he provided catering and private chef services for music artists and their entire staff and crew while on tour such as the Eagles, the Black Crowes, One Republic, Lil Wayne, One Direction, Victoria Justice, T.I., Heart, John Mayer, 2 Chainz, and more. As the former Executive Chef and Food and Beverage Director for Prospera Hospitality at the Best Western and now closed Damon's Grill and Sports Bar in Steubenville, OH.
