Chef Marlon Angelo Jackson is a professionally trained and certified chef. He is an honored graduate of Le Cordon Bleu with an Associates degree in Culinary Arts and a Bachelors degree in Culinary Management. As a Private Chef, Chef Marlon Angelo has provided private catering, bartending, and other in-home culinary services for professional athletes, corporate professionals, and other high profile clients. He has also worked as an Independent Contractor for Concert Kitchen where he provided catering and private chef services for music artists and their entire staff and crew while on tour such as the Eagles, the Black Crowes, One Republic, Lil Wayne, One Direction, Victoria Justice, T.I., Heart, John Mayer, 2 Chainz, and more. As the former Executive Chef and Food and Beverage Director for Prospera Hospitality at the Best Western and now closed Damon's Grill and Sports Bar in Steubenville, OH. There, he managed the operations of both the front and back of the house. He also provided catering for the in-house banquet facility located on the property. Chef Marlon Angelo is also a former Sous Chef for Delaware North Company's prestigious Wheeling Island Casino location. There, he supervised 40 kitchen and front of the house staff of the Islander Buffet which served up to 1400 a day. Previous to this, he was the Kitchen Manager of the Pittsburgh International Airport's Holiday Inn and Iron City Grille which were closed due to acquisition by Robert Morris University. There he was responsible for supervising the kitchen's production of food for weddings, banquets, room service, and restaurant orders as well as supervisory and administrative tasks. Chef Marlon Angelo also worked for several years as a celebrity event coordinator and promoter as well as spend 5 years as a bartender. He now uses these skills to further enhance the Chef Marlon Angelo experience.
