Peg Phillips is a New York City-based private chef, with 25+ years of catering and restaurant experience. Her culinary style melds classic French cuisine with hints of Italian traditions passed down from her grandmother. She is the former head chef and owner of Josephine's Cafe in Sun Valley, Idaho and Cafe Maisonette in San Francisco, California. Peg's experience as a restaurant owner and flair for orchestrating large events eventually led her to catering. She began her catering career as the owner and head chef of Cooks Catering Company in 1999. In 2009, Peg Phillips returned to the East Coast to work as a personal chef for the Springsteen family. Her clientele include Patti and Bruce Springsteen, Jennifer Lawrence, Sting & Trudie Styler, Mr.& Mrs. Grauer, CEO to Michael Bloomberg.
