For the last 10 years, I've had a rich and varied career in the food service industry to cultivate my passion for food and sharing with others. I've learned and worked under talented Michelin-starred chefs, Certified Master chefs, and Research Chefs, and became the youngest and first female chef on the RATIONAL USA Corporate Chef Team.I have experience in restaurants, hotels, clubs, consumer products, corporate culinary training, and food business and entrepreneurship. Some of my skills include Culinary Arts, Food Product Development, Marketing, and Project Management. I have a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Culinary Nutrition. I will soon be among the first students to receive a Master's in Professional Studies in Culinary Arts from the Culinary Institute of America.
