Integrating a wide range of expertise gained throughout a decade of service for the IMF, I allocate a multi-billion-dollar budget toward fostering global stability through monetary and financial cooperation.Directing the energies of a ten-member team, we lead anti-money laundering initiatives, counterterrorism technical implementations, and root cause identifications of organizational weaknesses followed by corrective action plans. Heading missions to Estonia, I exchange policy views and oversee reforms and prudential/macroprudential strategy implementations. Together, the team and I accomplished these once-in-a-lifetime milestones to advance the organization:►Secured hundreds of billions of dollars in infrastructure investments for Estonia through the European Union by incentivizing financial support from international institutions to bolster investments and enhance public finance governance.►Won hundreds of billions of dollars in capital by improving fiscal management capacity, facilitating technical assistance departments, and launching training programs.►Accomplished 100% advisory team compliance by serving as a trusted consultant to authorities in creating a specific unit to supervise crypto-currency structures and virtual asset service providers.Our efforts were lauded for advancing progressive tax frameworks, driving pension reform initiatives, introducing statistical measurement techniques for gross domestic products, and enabling fiscal policy onboarding.I am fortunate to collaborate with this group of experts in augmenting economic infrastructures to directly impact positive change and benefit the residents and commercial health of Estonia and Belarus.

Assuming senior-level divisional responsibilities, I steered 250 financial systems specialists in designing economic and fiscal programs while gaining the trust and buy-in of Nigerian government officials and collaborating with senior officials within the fund. Serving as the network coordinator, I guided a 20-person staff in mainstreaming macro-financials and assessing gaps, tools, and staffing needs. Garnering hundreds of millions of dollars in monetary backing from the international community, we improved Niger’s access to the regional financial market and incentivized capacity development departments and European Union technical support services to drive infrastructure advancement, expand managerial capabilities, and boost tax revenues.Earning “Chevalier de l’Ordre National du Mérite” recognition by Niger authorities provided me with indefinite status as a national and other coveted privilege.

Building on the success of the Sand Gabon endeavor, I accepted the challenge of assisting Nigeria, a country with high-security issues as a result of holding the rank of the 10th largest oil-producing economy in Africa.Partnering with technical assistance and IMF fiscal affairs teams, we noticeably reduced the adverse effects of the naira parallel market by endorsing monetary policy designs, enabling public management reforms, and creating a single treasury account.The synergistic collaboration across the division rebased Nigeria’s GDP product statistics, improved measurements, and enhanced the efficacy of related policies.

Applying economic leadership expertise from roles with the Central Bank for Western African States and Dakar’s Ministry of Economy and Finance, I restructured and rescheduled billions of dollars in external debt stock in Sand Gabon, an oil-producing country facing insolvency problems under the Paris Club and other bilateral creditors.Under difficult working and security conditions in Niger, a high-risk location, I led a group of professionals in achieving sustainable go-to-market strategies to reduce poverty and inequality by collaborating with key stakeholders in launching programs. Contributing to the concept of a stand-by arrangement aimed at alleviating debt burdens, we regained access to the international financial arena, aligned all sectors to comply with organizational governance, and gleaned recognition for excellent execution.
