• Lead the Recruiting department working across all corporate functions (creative, operational, technical) and across all levels of leaderships up to and including C-suite• Manage 1 Recruiting Coordinator/Recruiter and 1 rotating Contract Recruiter – mentoring, developing and providing guidance through day to day recruiting • Manage full life-cycle recruiting process for IT, Marketing, Production & Product Development, Design, E-Commerce, Accounting & Finance, Supply Chain, Planning & Allocation, Merch & Buying, Corporate Visual, Field & Operations departments o Average requisition load between 18-25• Manage corporate open headcount budget of approx. $2-6M annually, meet with CFO & Corp Finance leads to reconcile and align dollars bi-weekly• Conduct market data research and compensation analysis for new and existing positions; make recommendations to HR partners, Managers and Execs• Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to assess talent requirements and advise on the best hiring strategy – make recommendations on internal talent opportunities• Responsible for implementing best practices to improve the candidate recruitment process from initial screening, behavioral based interviews, hiring manager feedback, negotiating employment offers and on-boarding process• Prepare weekly open requisition status and recruiting metrics reports (time to fill, number of interviews per week/month and employee retention) for hiring managers and senior executives• Partner closely with HR, HRIS, Benefits teams to build and manage employee engagement programs, employee relations, new hire onboarding employee referral programs, job description creation etc. • Manage external relationships with temp agencies, search firms, and contract employees
