Leading product development and management activities within a Tobacco Heating Product (THP) project in the development and delivery of high potential inhalable non-combustible tobacco products. Through the application of sound technical and scientific principals ensuring that these products are delivered in line with best practices for new product development and are supported by systematic processes.Integrating the THP, R&D, Commercial, Product, Quality and Supply Chain requirements for change management and pipeline integration, then support those functions during commercialisation.

Within Strategic Science and Technology (SS&T), we focus on new technology and innovation within the Next Generation Product (NGP) area for the next 5-10-year pipeline. The Inhalation team drive expert knowledge of Science and Engineering for novel products. The forecast of our insights drives solid understanding in technology discovery, including; scientific, mechanical, consumer and business aspects. We build relationships with external experts in research, development and characterisation of novel inhalation products to help design world class products and increase our pipeline.

As a Experience Delivery Scientist this role will be looking at new innovations and discoveries within the SS&T team at BAT.

Senior Technologist - working within the Next Generation Product (NGP) under the Tobacco Heating Product (THP) Science team. The main focus is to support and lead science related challenges within the sub-groups of NGP.

As a current customer service advisor my aim is to provide personal and professional customer care, ensuring complaints and queries have been dealt with. For this busy job role I have trained and observed new employees within the company and worked closely to ensure they are offering the best Customer care. The job role brings opportunity to work within a team and as an individual. I have experience in problem solving, within the team and with the centres problems to the customers.I have skills in working with Microsoft Office programmes, TLMS and dimensions.I have found in customer service that the key is eye for detail, if you can ensure that the customer is promptly dealt with, in a professional and personal manner the custom will continue.

I am a Levels 1 and 2 in qualified teacher in aquatics, teaching from Pre-school to stage 8. I also teach a numerous amount of 1-2-1 lessons ranging from 3 years old to adults. I am also a qualified ‘Swim Britain’ Coach.

At Concateno I was employed in the Research and Development department. I worked on DDS2 analysers, gaining experience on the lateral flow immunoassay and carrying out experiments in that field. I was able to use the Isoflow, Hanna pH meter, Hotplate stirrer and the thermo spectrometer.I carried out new experiments with different drugs with the development of the DDS2. I also worked with the software team and in prototype development and product design.Being able to work with Concateno allowed me to develop my laboratory skills and knowledge of drugs. I was also able to complete a Quality Control workshop and Good Documentation Practice (GDP) allowing me to write up the practicals.

For Thames Valley Police I worked in the scenes of crime (SOCO) department, where I was responsible for filing and organising data and photographic evidence. Working with the police was a great opportunity as it allowed me to work alongside managers and get a better understanding of cases and confidential work.
