Whilst working for Amazon, I have undertaken various roles including stepping up to a higher role as and when required, from organising rotas to participating in group meetings with senior operation managers to support the smooth running of shifts. I am an experienced instructor, providing a variety of training across the warehouse. I am also a trained super user which involves trouble shooting and minor fixes to machinery and robots.

Leading a team of up to 15 operatives on a daily basis, across multiple sites. Organising rotas, ordering/arranging stock deliveries, carrying out audits, mapping of potential new sites. Assisting in the hiring of new operatives.
