About Chelsea Comiskey
I’m a social justice and educational reform advocate committed to providing children in underserved communities with teachers who will work relentlessly to break down barriers and achieve their greatest potential. I graduated from Kansas State University in 2012 with my Bachelor’s in Family Studies and Human Services and from University of Missouri St-Louis in 2015 with my Master’s in Elementary Education. Over the past 7 years, I have enjoyed working in the classroom in various teaching roles to educate and empower students to reach their greatest potential. As a former school educator, I know that students thrive and achieve college readiness when they are in the hands of talented individuals who believe that ALL children can learn. I’m thrilled to now be a part of the Teach For America recruitment team supporting talented individuals who are ready to serve in our communities of need and develop their leadership in way that will have life-long impact!
