Responsible for completing project activities and producing outputs. Working within and/or across the different functional areas within a workstream supporting the overall project objectives and goals. Analysts participate in standardization and implementation of applications including process design, application design, build conversion, testing, training and rollout. Hyper change management focus within the Department of Nursing (enterprise-wide), IT, Center for Digital Health, and Labs (DLMP, MCS).

Partners with Strategy Department leadership and staff on technology needs; liaises with Media Support Services, IT and Information Security to collaborate on solution identification, application development, enhancements and maintenance. The Technical Specialist may be asked to participate in projects associated with new or changing technology, as well as providing support during implementation of new or updated tools and technology. Contributes to the design, development and implementation of software meeting unique departmental needs. Identifies, monitors and addresses web traffic trends to meet the needs of the department. Incorporates AHI/AI advances into Strategy Department work.
