Recruitment has always been a key component and one of my favourite elements during a successful career in senior retail management. As part of the peoplefusion team I now have the pleasure of focusing solely on recruitment day in and day out. With my previous experience working with cross-functional departments such as Marketing, Human Resources, Learning & Development, Finance, Health & Safety, Facilities, Buying & Logistics, I have always enjoyed the collaboration and gaining an understanding of the importance each position plays in the organisation. This natural curiosity and genuine interest in people and their professions has proved a valuable attribute that drives me to truly understand what the client is looking for and what the candidate is seeking. Skilled at sourcing, approaching passive talent, interviewing, and delivering feedback, I find great satisfaction in creating a positive and memorable recruitment experience for both client and candidate, with a high importance on transparency and integrity.
