Plan and execute 10 yearly, corporate sponsored events with upwards of 1,800 attendees at domestic and international locations. Maintain continual, detailed communication with over 200 vendors and venues. Prepare and distribute event communications to attendees. Perform dozens of site visits to event venues across the United States and internationally. Review, update, and edit each event’s Event Orders and layouts from each venue. Represent the Chase Bank Event VIP Lounge and giveaways at the US Open. Interact with thousands of attendees to promote Chase Bank. Host hundreds of VIP attendees. Manage giveaway technology and security of high value prizes. Aid in the set up and tear down of event branding and event spaces.

Assisted with over 50 events held at the museum. Help renters and vendors set up event space and assist with any of their needs. Greet hundreds of guests each event. Protect art work and historic nature of museum.

Springville, Utah

Created a triannual workshop for public school educators to receive training, lesson plans, and networking opportunities. This event was the most well attended workshop in the history of the “Evening for Educators” program. Responsible for designing, and editing 7 lesson plans to be used by public school teachers. These lesson plans will be implemented into 50+ schools in the state of Utah. Created and managed all advertising and marketing for the event. Oversaw all logistics of event including budget, museum layout, presenters, refreshments, and evaluations.
