Girls Who Code's Leadership Academy is a semester-long program that invites college-aged students to come together to engage in small groups to learn about project management processes, hone leadership and technical skills in a community Give Back Project by building a technical prototype, and grow peer and professional networks. As a Leadership Academy Facilitator, I lead a cohort of college aged girls through the academy by facilitating weekly workshops, providing feedback on assignments, and enhancing and delivering curriculum.
