- Managed the uploading of shifts in our gig app, shift fulfillment and any issues that may have come up with workers.
- Approved and audited payroll and billing files weekly to ensure timely and correct invoicing for clients.
- Hosted calls with potential clients to explain our product and ability to assist with various projects.
- Worked with clients to ensure goals were met and events were successful, at times working on very short deadlines.
- Always advocated for clients to make sure they received the highest level of service and assistance.
