Day-to-day responsibilities consist of maintaining quality customer connections, generation of content, and working with the development team to progress development from the client needs perspective.Client Experience & Customer Relations- manages all customer relationships to ensure all needs are met - onboarding, customization, goal setting, user engagement and rewards programs- assists Business Development Manager in seeing clients renew and become a new source of lead generators for us via referralsContent Management- oversees and assist with all content generation featured in client apps- ensures success of this content, driving user engagement and hitting goals- interpret user data and success through user analytics that matter most to the clientTeam/Operations- creates programming for the client success and onboarding processes that best support client experience; i.e. keeping Help Articles and How-To Guides up-to-date via Intercom, our customer messaging platform- oversees client success departmental interns, including running evaluations and feedback sessions
