Residing in Washington, D.C., Chelsey’s particular focus and expertise lies in the Washington, D.C. market. She has also completed a significant number of hotel appraisals and other consulting assignments, such as hotel market supply and demand studies, in the suburbs of D.C., Baltimore, and Hampton Roads, including Williamsburg, Norfolk, and Virginia Beach. She is a licensed Certified General Appraiser in the District of Columbia, Virginia, Maryland, and West Virginia and has been involved in thousands of assignments during her tenure with HVS.Chelsey is a recognized and collaborative advisor, as well as invaluable resource, for the Northeast Region's lodging industry. As an approachable, true team player, her role as Regional Leader provides her clients access to the numerous experts on her team and across the country, in addition to her own work and knowledge on the hotel industry and throughout the region.Chelsey regularly participates in local real estate groups, attends local and national events and conferences, as well as authoring articles on the dynamics of the most prominent Mid-Atlantic hotel markets and industry topics.
