Seasonal Forecast (Long Range/Short Range)• Forecast demand units by material by territory and align with the seasonal target.• Work with CM/BM/Merch Ops on MM/CLP/CMLP data integrity.• Monitor seasonal key technology and platform models in our goal to avoid gap between our forecast and demand.• Submit forecast in APO.2. Demand Analysis• Seasonal booking analysis on line structure versus LY sell-in result.• Seasonal sell-in demand analysis versus forecast.• Monthly sell-thru analysis to find out the market needs.• Document key points to support the demand plan in coming seasons. 3.
