- Responsible for inter-company billing approval, journal &reconciliation review,IC problem solving and overseas payment settlement with proper tax filing - Lead finance team in credit control, AR collection, taxation, revenue recognition, factory costing process, review cost closing documents to ensure key controls are in place and operating effectively- Lead in Transfer Price documentation and tax planning initiatives- Responsible for SOX compliance work, maintain documentations and conduct testing work - Review US GAAP and PRC GAAP reports to ensure the fairly statement- Participate in SAP and Mapics system implementation, participate in DRP, BCP initiatives- Liaise with internal and external auditors

-Lead audit team in field work of IPO project of PICC, China Construction Bank, Sinopec, Guomei Electronic Appliance Company etc- Lead audit team in PRC GAAP, US GAAP or IFRS annual reports audit of Nestle China, Henkel China, Apple Computer, Isuzu China, Volvo Truck etc.
