Product And Project Manager / Director
Current[Product Management]- Drive the execution of product lifecycle processes for 5+ products, including product/market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, business analysis, and requirements development.- Collaborate closely with engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams on the development, QA, and release of products and balance of resources with agile methodologies to ensure success.- Represent as a pre-sales for 10+ products and ensure the deal comes in.[Project Management]- Establish and maintain processes to manage scope from the beginning of the sales management to the end of the project lifecycle, and assess and manage risk within, and across, 10+ public sector projects and 30+ enterprise forensic / cybersecurity investigation projects.- Report project outcomes and/or risks to the CEO as needed—escalating issues as necessary based on project work plans.[General]-Extensive knowledge of digital forensics and cyber-security products.-Provide professional opinions to customers and help them to achieve their goals.
